1. What is a handicap?

The handicap is also called "win line", that is, betting on the team that may win in a specified game. For example, in Liverpool VS Chelsea, if the opening is a tie, the player bets on Liverpool, and if the home team wins at least 1 goal, it will be regarded as Liverpool winning alone, and the player will get a profit. If Chelsea wins, the bet on Liverpool will fail and the player will lose all of their stake. If there is a tie, the team has no win or loss, the player has no profit or loss, and only the principal part will be refunded.

2. The three components of the handicap

The handicap is composed of three parts: the fighting team, the number of handicap (that is, the handicap) and the odds. For example, Manchester United 0.86 goals and a half 1.00 Fulham. Among them, Manchester United and Fulham are the fighting teams, half of the ball is the handicap number, and 0.86/1.00 is the winning odds of both betting parties.

3. Odds?

Bet on the winning odds of both sides of the match. In Macau, the sum of the winning "odds" of the two teams in the Premier League, Serie A and other leagues is 1.86, that is, one side is 1.00 and the other side is 0.86. As in the above example, suppose the player bets 1,000 yuan to buy Manchester United to win alone. If Manchester United wins, the player will get a return of 1,000×0.86=860 yuan. If Fulham is undefeated after betting on Fulham, the player will get 1,000×1.00=1,000 yuan .

4. What are upper and lower handicap?

The side that gives the ball is called the upper hand, while the side that is given the ball is called the lower hand. For example, Manchester United VS Fulham, Manchester United -1.5 to Fulham, at this time Manchester United is the top team in the handicap, and Fulham is the bottom team.

5. How to calculate handicap wins and losses

The so-called handicap calculation is the handicap rule. The more common handicap rules are as follows:

Tie set 0………………… Both sides open evenly, no ball allowed to each other

Tie/half ball 0.25………Die draw loses half, goal difference wins all

Hemisphere 0.5………………………… draw and lose all, win by one goal and win all

Hemisphere/One goal 0.75…………A draw and lose all, a goal difference wins half, a goal difference wins both

One goal 1……………A goal difference is a tie, and a goal difference is two goals to win

One goal/half goal 1.25………A goal difference is one goal and half is lost, a goal difference is two goals and all wins

Half goal 1.5……………Goal difference by one goal and all losses, goal difference by two goals and all wins

Half goal/two goals 1.75………Goal difference of one goal and all losses, goal difference of two goals win half, goal difference of three goals win all

Two goals and 2………………A goal difference of two goals counts as a tie, and a goal difference of three goals wins all

Two goals/Two and a half goals 2.25………Goal difference by two goals loses half, goal difference by three goals wins all

6. What is push?

For example, the tie line, one-goal line, and two-goal line in the handicap rules are all considered as a tie when there is a tie, a goal difference of one goal, and a goal difference of two goals. When such a situation occurs, the betting is considered invalid, and the principal will be refunded, which is called "push".

7. What is the transfer line (+)?

In football matches, the home team generally has the home court advantage. If the visiting team is not very strong, the home team will usually hand the ball over (-). And when the strength of the visiting team is obviously stronger than the home team, the visiting team can handicap in the away game, that is, the visiting team is the last team (-). Assuming that Manchester United played against Fulham in an away game, although Fulham is the home team, but they are unable to give the ball to Manchester United, then Manchester United will naturally give the ball to Fulham in the away game. At this time, Fulham is still the handicap (+) side, and this kind of handicap at home is usually called "handicap" (+). If the home team is weak and the guest is strong, the away team can’t afford to concede the ball. For example, if Manchester United only open a tie in the away game, then this is an abnormal handicap. At this time, non-strength or off-court factors may be dominating the game, and players should be extra careful. Furthermore, when the handicap of the away team is too shallow, such as Fulham's handicap/half, although Manchester United also handicap away, but the handicap is too low, which is seriously inconsistent with the strength of both sides, and it is also an abnormal handicap. 8. What is an increase in the handicap and a decline in the handicap?

The Asian market floats up by a handicap, which is called the rise of the handicap. Floating down by one handicap is called a handicap drop. For example, if Manchester United rises from the initial goal and a half to one and a half/two goals, the increase of one handicap is an increase in the handicap; If the ball/half ball drops by one handicap, the handicap drops. The rise and fall of the Asian handicap is the same as the rise and fall of the odds of the European odds, which are all affected by betting changes and information factors. It is very common for the handicap to rise and fall in the Asian handicap. Sometimes the handicap will fluctuate back and forth. These are the adjustment actions made by the bookmaker according to the betting situation. If the handicap of a certain game does not fluctuate at all, it means that the number of chips betting on the two teams is roughly balanced, and the handicap changes back and forth repeatedly, indicating that the betting funds have changed a lot, especially the violent shock of the handicap shortly before the game Changes often indicate that the competition for off-site funds tends to be extremely fierce. 9. What are low odds, medium odds and high odds?

According to the level of winning odds, it is divided into three categories: low, medium, and high, that is, low odds, medium odds, and high odds. The three kinds of odds can be further subdivided into: ultra-low odds, low odds, medium-low odds, medium odds, medium-high odds, high odds, and ultra-high odds. Taking the hemispherical handicap in Macau as an example, if team A makes team B hemispherical handicap, such as the winning odds of team A are 0.80 and the winning odds of team B are 1.04, then team A has low odds and team B has high odds odds. As mentioned above, the Asian handicap and the European odds will make up and down adjustments due to changes in funds and information, and the Asian handicap has more adjustment methods than the European odds. In addition to the ups and downs, the dealer can also control the odds by adjusting the odds Risks and Benefits. For example, when there is too much money betting on Manchester United, the betting volume is skewed, and the bookmaker will worry that this imbalance will bring them a payout risk. Then at this moment they will reduce the possible compensation losses by reducing the odds.
