FootballAnt Expert Predictions/tips User Guide

1. Can I view expert predictions for free?

SVIP users can view one expert prediction for free every day. To do so, go to the SVIP section on the homepage.

Non-SVIP users must use coins to purchase expert predictions. The price of a prediction is between 18 and 88 coins, and is set by the expert.

2. Why can't I view the expert predictions after I've purchased them?

FootballAnt's expert predictions differ from those of other platforms. Experts must first create a prediction plan, choose a time period, and then release their predictions within that time period.

Users can pre-order expert predictions, so there may be cases where a user purchases a prediction but the expert has not yet released the prediction for that period. Once the prediction is released within the time period, it will be notified to all users who have purchased the plan via email and push notifications.

If you want to be able to view the expert prediction plan as soon as you purchase it, you must first check to see if the expert has released their predictions for that period. If the prediction plan shows a match with the word "prediction" in the title, you can purchase it and then view the plan.

3. When will I receive my coins if my prediction is incorrect?

If the expert prediction plan you purchased has the "no profit-refund" label, then if the prediction is incorrect, the coins will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours of the match ending.

Coins are not refundable in cases of draws, canceled matches, or matches that are in an abnormal state.
