Choosing Argentina as one of the Top 3 is mainly due to the extremely high quality of their players. In cases where the differences in other aspects are not too apparent, it's not a big mistake to choose the country that has historically had the two most skillful players. Personally, I think both countries are truly on par with each other, and there are sufficient reasons to choose either one.
