PSG have been busy this summer improving their squad with the goal of landing a first-ever Champions League title, which they are to achieve.

Busy summer in Paris

The additions of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Sergio Ramos and, most notably, Lionel Messi, have made the French giants the standout candidates for European glory.

Messi was expected to form a fearsome frontline for PSG alongside Neymar and Mbappe, although the future of the latter is now in serious doubt.

The 22-year-old has told the Parisians he would like the opportunity to move on after Real Madrid firmed up their interest in the World Cup winner.

Madrid make offer

The Spanish outfit are understood to have offered £137million for Mbappe, who cost PSG £166million when he signed from Monaco in 2017.

Leonardo says PSG have rejected that offer for Mbappe but admits that if Real meet their asking price then they could be persuaded to let the forward go given he's only got 12 months left on his contract.

Price must be right

When asked if PSG had recieved an offer from Real Madrid for Mbappe, Leonardo told RMC Sport: "Yes, we said no verbally to Real. No one is being held back. If someone wants to leave and our conditions are met, we'll see.

"The offer is considered to be a far cry from what Kylian is worth today. We also owe part of this money to Monaco and we consider that the bid is not sufficient."
