About England League Cup

EFL Cup is open the top four levels of the English football league system (Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two). The tournament is played over seven rounds. The Championship, League One and League Two teams enter at the first round, and the Premier League teams enter at the second round, and the remaining Football League teams enter at the first round. Matches in all rounds are single-legged, except for the semi-finals, which are two-legged. The final is played at a neutral venue. If the teams are tied after normal time, the winner is settled by a period of extra time, and if still necessary, a penalty shootout.
