About Southeast Asian Games

South East Asia Games was founded in 1959, formerly known as "South East Asian Peninsula Games", also known as the "Golden Peninsula Games". A regional comprehensive games organized by the participating countries in turn according to the first English alphabet of their names. It is held every two years. The participating teams are the National Olympic teams of Southeast Asian countries, devided into two groups. The top two teams in each group are qualified to enter the semi-finals until the final champion is determined.
