OmDanish Superliga

There are 14 clubs in Denmark Superligaen. Each team played every other team at least once at home and once away plus once more either at home or away. The method of calculating the points of a single game is that the winner gets 3 points, the loser gets 0 points, and both sides get 1 point for a tie. At the end of the season teams are ranked by accumulated points. If the points are the same, they will be ranked by goal difference, and if they are still the same, they will be ranked by the number of goals scored. The top six in the league will participate in the championship play-offs, while the last eight in the league will participate in the relegation play-offs. The play-offs are divided into two groups, the top six are the championship group (A), and the last six are the relegation group (B and C). The winner of Group A will participate in the second round of the UEFA Champions League qualifier next season, the runner-up will participate in the second round of the Europa League qualifier, and the third place will compete with the top two of the relegation group for another Europa League qualifier. The last two teams in Group B compete in two rounds, and the winner avoids relegation.
